Flocculant AP 273-P

A high molecular weight anionic white granular solid coagulant aid designed for use in water clarification, cane sugar juice clarification, washing of fruits and vegetables and paper mill applications. In sugar processing industry, Flocculant AP 273-P is used to provide faster settling and more complete removal of mud solids in the clarifier use for production of high clarity juice and increase the recovery of sucrose from the filter cake in the mud filters.

Polykleen VAP 200-R

A complete washing compound, Polykleen VAP 200-R which is a powder substance that contains an effective surface active agent that provides the all-important wetting action to effect fast and complete softening of tough calcium oxalate scale-complex normally deposited on the evaporator tubes. The very soft scale is then readily floated away by hose rinsing or by light brushing operation. Polykleen VAP 200-R is an excellent replacement for caustic soda in sugar juice evaporator cleaning. It also has an AntiCorrosion compound.

Polykleen VAP 200-L

A liquid type non-phosphate, highly alkaline detergent for cleaning of sugar juice evaporators with AntiCorrosion Compound. Synergistically compounded, Polykleen VAP 200-L contains a powerful surface active agent that provides all the important wetting action to effect fast and complete softening of tough calcium sulfate-oxalate scale complex normally deposited on evaporator tubes. The scale usually becomes muddy and is then readily floated away by hose rinsing or by light brushing operation.

Polytreat E-53L

A liquid type surfactant specially formulated compound for scale control on sugar evaporators and distilling columns. Polytreat E-53L contains a newly developed organic surface active agent that will reduce the viscosity and surface tension characteristics of sugar juice, thus, improving juice circulation and heat transfer.

Polyfloc

Polyfloc is a cationic, relatively low molecular weight poly quaternary amine type polymer supplied in easy-to-use liquid form. It is used as a coagulant and/or coagulant aid in the clarification treatment of water where it can partially or totally replace conventional inorganic metal salts (e.g. aluminum or iron salts). Such water includes raw water for potable or industrial usage, industrial circulating process waters and effluents, municipal sewage waters, paper water recycling processes etc. It is also used as a decolorizing agent in the raw and refined sugar processes.

Polyflote is a high molecular weight, low anionic, polyarylamide supplied in powder form. This product is approved for use by the EPA in the clarification treatment of raw water for potable usage.

Intrasol FK

A thin clear liquid nonionic fatty alcohol polyglycolether that reduces viscosity for C-massecuite with anti-defoaming characteristics. Intrasol FK is used for fast filing of the boiling apparatus through improved aeration and a constant, clearly visible filing height. It prevents the so called stripping and provides faster crystallization by reducing boiling time.

Polykleen Dry Acid

Polykleen Dry Acid is a properly balanced formulation of organic acids, inhibitor, and surfactants. It is non-hygroscopic, non-volatile and gives no obnoxious or corrosive fumes. When in solution, it has an acid strength equal to that of strong acids such as hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. It provides the utmost safety in handling to the user. Any spillage is swept up easily as if it were salt. This handling ease and safety of Polykleen Dry Acid and its lower corrosiveness enable it to replace the most common liquid type acidic compounds as a water scale and rust remover for heat exchangers, boilers, evaporators and other equipment.

Polykleen 100-L is an inhibited dark red liquid acidic compound primarily designed for the removal of rust from ferrous metal equipment and for the removal of hard water scale from water-circulating equipment. It is also used for stripping oxide coatings chromium zinc and cadmium plate.

Superwash 500L

A liquid type, highly alkaline, chelated detergent for the food industry In a chelated detergent, agents built into the formulations react to calcium and magnesium ions in water by surrounding and converting them to soluble compounds, or a non-clinging floc. They are thus prevented from depositing out as scale, an important consideration in hard water areas. The chelating action of SUPERWASH 500-LR makes it especially applicable in bottle washing operations. Besides controlling scale, it eliminates the problems of excessive drag-out and bottle haze. Also where aluminum foil labels are involved, SUPERWASH 500-LR minimizes build-up of scale on heating coils.

Maxilube EC

Maxilube EC is a viscous cloudy pale yellow liquid from base of cocoamine and selected surfactants. Maxilube EC serves two functions: 1) lubricity, and 2) cleaning. Lubricity is required on conveyors to reduce friction wear on the conveyors, and to reduce drag on the drive motors. It is used to lubricate conveyor chains in bottle filling plants and provide lubrication between bottles and metal conveyor. The cleaning function of Maxilube EC is important for the aesthetic sanitation reasons: to prevent undesirable odours from build up and to keep the containers clean in route to the customer.

An acidic liquid that removes soil, rust, molds, lubricants all in a single application. Polykleen 300L has detergent properties that effectively remove ordinary light oils and other soils as well as soldering and welding fluxes. Polykleen 300L contains acidic ingredients effective in removing rust, heat scale, tarnish and other oxides. Where steel to be painted is considerably, though not deeply rusted Polykleen 300L effectively removes this rust. Because of this feature it is often possible to eliminate a separate pickling and neutralizing cycle before pre-paint. Polykleen 300L is carefully inhibited to effectively remove burnton deposits on glass molds without attack on precise metal parts.

Polykleen Surfax

POLYKLEEN SURFAX is a liquid surface-active agent with extremely low foaming properties. It acts as a fortifying agent for caustic cleaning of scaled cane juice evaporators. It is used as an additive for caustic soda cleaning of sugar evaporators in sugar mills and refineries. It prolongs the tube life of the evaporators due to its anti-corrosion compound. When added to Caustic Soda, it contains a powerful surface active agent that provides all the important wetting action to effect fast and complete softening of tough calcium sulfate-oxalate scale complex normally deposited on evaporator tubes. The scale usually becomes muddy and is then readily floated away by light brushing operation.Extensive tests prove that POLYKLEEN SURFAX in the caustic solution does not foam excessively.

POLYKLEEN SLIMEX is a multi-purpose sanitizing product based on quaternary ammonium compounds of high germicidal strength. It is effective at low concentrations against a wide variety of micro-organisms, and is useful as a sanitizer, disinfectant, deodorant, fungicide, bactericide and algicide in almost all plant operations. POLYKLEEN SLIMEX is also applicable in controlling the growth of Leuconostoc mesenteriodes, the primary source of invertase in cane juice during sugar manufacture.
